Privacy at LeadBurst.
This notice describes the information used by this website when you explore our services, request a lead plan or send a Scale brief.
Information you provide
Our forms collect your business name, contact name, email, mobile number, industry, service requirements, service area and requested lead volume. After selecting a plan, you can provide your preferred contact method, day, time window, time zone and an optional contact note. The Scale form also collects the acquisition, capacity and business details you choose to share.
How we use it
We use these details to review your market, prepare a proposal, contact you about your request and organise agreed next steps. Submitting a form or selecting a plan does not take payment or start a campaign.
For some proposals, a background Google Places lookup uses your business name, service area and phone details to help identify a matching business. An uncertain match is left for review.
Website measurement
Public marketing pages use Meta Pixel and campaign attribution to understand visits and enquiries. Lead events can include hashed contact identifiers and campaign context through Meta’s conversion tools. Your browser may store related cookies. Browser privacy settings and content blockers can limit this measurement.
The website does not initialise Meta Pixel on private proposal or administration pages. Keep private proposal links and PINs secure: anyone with the required access details may be able to view the proposal.
Storage and service providers
Requests and proposal activity are stored in the site’s database and made available to the LeadBurst owner. Supporting services provide website hosting, storage, business lookup, analytics and owner notifications. These services may process information outside Australia.
Owner notifications can include your business name, contact name, phone number, email, requested services and contact preferences so your enquiry can be followed up.
Questions, access or corrections
To ask about your information, request a correction, discuss retention or ask us to stop contacting you, email thomasreddaway@gmail.com. Include your business name and request reference if you have one. Please do not send passwords or private proposal PINs.
